Wedding Photography. Eastwell Manor Ashford Kent.

I have been having a sort out of the hard drive today, and came across this wedding from May '09

Janet and Jean-Pierre were married in the beautifull location of Eastwell Manor Back in May this year.
I arrived at 11am ready to photograph Janet and all the girls. She looked stunning, as did her daughter and mother.
They stayed overnight in the cottages that are in the grounds of the manor, we did a few preperation photos there and then moved over to the manor.
It has a beautifull grand staircase with a big window and me made the most of this and got some gorgeous images.

Jean-Pierre certainly arrived in style, he arrived by helicopter and only a few select people knew about it. The looks on the guests faces when a helicopter flew in was priceless.

They were married, with a civil service follwed by a blessing from their local minister.

After the service which went on for a fair amount of time and left me with sunburn!, (note to self remember sunscreen) we then took some bride and groom portraits in the gardens and around the house.
This was then followed by a dove release and the party.

All in all it was a fantastic day and i loved every minute of it. The venue was amazing, the food was great and the people were so much fun.

Wedding Planner at St Dunstans College Dulwich

a couple of weeks ago, St Dunstans college in Dulwich held a wedding fair.
Toni over at ISIS Events was exhibiting there and asked me if I could go and take a few pictures of her table.
Always one for having a look around wedding fairs I agreed and went along.
St Dunstans college is in Dulwich South East London, a beautiful and unique place to get married in.
It has a civil licence and can be used for both ceremony and reception or just the reception

Product Photography Bambini Silver Prints

Over the past few days, I have been taking some pictures of some amazing silver jewellery.

Ruth contacted me to take some pictures of the jewellery she makes. After shooting her 'baby bump' and the gorgeous baby Lucy, I jumped at the chance to photograph this.
The jewllery is silver and has fingerprints imprinted on it. It would make great unique Christmas and birthday presents.
I had fun photographing it over a few evenings. Here are a few pics of beautifull Silver jewellery

Male Portrait photoshoot. Porters from Darent Valley Hospital for Charity Calender

I have worked a couple of times for a very worthwhile charity called Cherished Memories, for temilnally ill and life limited children.

One of the ladies who works with them came up with a brilliant idea to put together a calender to raise money for this charity and also the cancer fund at the hospital.

The porters all volunteered (thanks guys!) and today the shoot took place.

We went and did the first couple of guys at Ingress park, and then went to the hospital to get the rest of the guys. The weather was great, you would never guess it was October, bright sunshine and really warm.

We got some outstanding pictures, and the guys considering they said they were 'shy' were really not all that shy, and didnt have to be asked more than once to get their tops off!

Here are a few sneek peeks from the shoot.

Wedding Photography Kent Workshop day in Essex

On Saturday I attended a wedding workshop in Essex. This was to further improve my skills in wedding photography and share ideas and information with other photographers.

I met up with 8 other Wedding photographers in the area and we went to a small church in Essex with our Bride and Groom and went about sharing information and taking some fabulous images.

We shot a number of photographs including inside a very nice car, and some portraits. We then went and did some bridal preparation and groom photos.

I love the images I took on that day, a brilliant way to keep shooting while the wedding season is calming down a little.

Here are some of the results of that day
