Renee maternity

A few weeks ago I was contacted by Renee for some maternity shots.
She was 35 weeks and the shoot made her feel great about herself and her bump. I also took some portraits of her daughter too.
Renee was more than happy to try out some experimental shots and I got some fantastic images.
I am now on stand by to go back and do the newborn shots, anytime baby wants to arrive, I am sure mum would be happy with sooner rather than later!!

Here are a couple of images from the shoot. A big thank you to Renee for letting me post them.

Bradbourne House Wedding

Last Year I was booked by Tim and Coreina to photograph their wedding at Bradbourne House in East Malling.
We were there all day right from getting ready to the first dance.
We went to the brides home first, it was very calm and relaxed.
The make up was being done and the girls looked beautiful.
after getting some lovely preparation shots, including some lovely ones of the dress and shoes we made our way to the venue.
We met with Tim and his best man and got a few photos of them together even a couple of them having a little trouble fastening their buttonhole, eventually with the help of the toastmaster all was secure!
The bride arrived in a stunning vintage Rolls Royce, unfortunately the rain didn't want to stay away so everything was moved inside.
It was a lovely ceremony and after we went for a walk in the grounds (finally the rain held off and the sun cam out for a little)
We stayed until the first dance, and took lots of photos of everyone enjoying themselves, they even had a chocolate fountain which everyone loved.

Here are a few pictures from this wedding

Melanie and Kevin, Marine Hotel Tankerton

I have known Melanie for a few years (16 years).
We both recently attended the wedding of a mutual friend and I was asked to photograph her wedding. I was more than happy to be a part of this special day.
Melanie and Kevin (a fantastic budding photographer) were married at the Marine hotel in Tankerton Kent.
We attended all day it was surprisingly calm in the morning, and we got some great photographs of the make up and the (awesome pink) shoes.
it was a lovely ceremony with some cute personal touches (Mel saying under her breath 'you better' when Kevin promised to love and obey etc!)
Group photos were a breeze and there are some fabulous beach huts just a quick walk away from the hotel, so we had to get some photos there.
We then set up the Creative Corner Photobooth for the evening reception and everyone let their hair down and had fun. A lot off funny poses and even funnier faces followed for the rest of the evening. You cant beat Mel's 'special' face it makes me laugh out loud every time I see it.
It was a great day and was really nice to catch up with people I have not seen in a long time
Anyway here are some photos from the day including the aforementioned 'special' face

Wedding Fayre at Oakley House

Wow it has been a busy few months.
Back in May I organised a wedding fayre at Oakley House masonic lodge in Bromley.
It was the first one I have organised and was quite a success.
We had lots of vendors exhibiting, and lots of brides in on the day.
Vendors we had included cake makers, florists, dress shops, dj's, cars, magicians, chocolate fountains, caterers to name a few.
We were very busy on the day with the photography stand and also our chocolate fountain stand.
Here are some pictures of the day

Darcie, Newborn shoot

Wow, It has been a while since I have posted, Things were manic over xmas with orders for prints and wedding meetings and such.

A few weeks ago I did a shoot for Baby Darcie, She was 8 days old and super cute.
She slept through most of the shoot and was happy for us to don her in uber cute hats

We traveled all the way to Walmer in Deal to do this shoot. We had a lot more props since the last newborn shoot, as I have been crocheting furiously!

We did a few outfit changes, she slept though the whole thing and made it so easy to shoot.

Here are the results

All the crocheted acessories are made by me and are available to order. Please email me for details on info@creative-exposure.co.uk

Bev's Family Shoot. Family portraits mobile studio in Kent

A little before Christmas I was contacted by Beverly for a family shoot for her Parents wedding anniversary present. She wanted all the grandchildren photographed as they had not had one done all together.
We got there and set up the Hilight in their living room and set to work. It was great fun to shoot, the children ranged from 2-20 years, and so some of the children were happy to contribute ideas on what poses they would like to do. I carry a pose idea sheet with me and let the children look at it as it makes them feel more involved with it.
We then put the results on the gallery page

They found it a little hard to choose what pictures they would like, so they had a C.D with all of them on!

Here are a few results from their shoot
